The object is inconsistent with displayed in the property panel

Hello,
after selecting an object in Rhino7, the command prompt displays an open multisurface, while the property panel displays a closed non manifold closed multisurface. Is this an error?

Hello- the object is non-manifold - but indeed the reports shiold be consistent.

You can ExtractSrf those internal faces Explode/Join the rest and MergeAllCoplanarFaces to simplify, if that is desireable here.
