The print to jpg (png, and …) Always error – not
applicable to …

It goes out (not from PDF to jpg via Photoshop … it can do too

Thank you for answers

Printing and display are closely connected so my first guess is to check the graphics card driver. Look in Rhino Options> Display>View>OpenGL and post a screenshot here or if the driver is old, look for an update from the GPU manufacturer to see if that helps. PDF printing uses a PDF print driver on your system which may be why that is working better. The Print dialog will list the PDF print drivers installed.

Printing to a lossless format like PNG or BMP should work. JPG is lossy though and particularly so over areas of gradient so for the hatch shadows in this display mode, I’d avoid using it.

Thank you for the reply!
Nvidia drivers + Rhino I have a
current, I use ADOBE PDF (Adobe PDF Professional updated)

print to PNG has the
exact same error as to JPG. (black area at the bottom left)

Can you post the file or a portion of it that shows the issue?

Kostka.3dm (1.3 MB)

It is not a problem.
They did it to me 3 complex projects. so I tried the simple and it is
always the same. Different defect in the bottom left.

Thanks for the file and this report. It appears to be a bug with a custom technical mode and more than one detail in a layout. I filed it as http://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-29421 for our developers to look into.

OK thank you for the information!
