A beam that is just connected at both ends is applied with an even load. The gh file is detailed in the annex, and the calculated deflection does not match the theoretical value. What could be the reason?

the reason is, that the formula you apply neglects shear deformations. You need to make the cross section rigid in shear to get coincident displacement values:
