The incremental save now goes over 999 : )
This had probably been fixed for a while, but I haven’t tried it lately, until today.
It’s handy as: “Projectname 03 999” finally became “Projectname 4000” .
Rhino is pretty darn stable, but I do the incremental saves for my friend’s project, for legal reasons, and the odd occasion where I’ve grabbed a few obsolete parts in a regression.
I still use 7zip for all my file compression needs. I do all of my saves as small ones, and compress using 7zip’s non-solid option, and test every one. Solid archives would compress even better than the down-to-25% that I am getting, but would not be as safe.
