Texture scale stack-up in Blend Texture

If I’m using a Blend texture to combine two WCS-mapped textures with different size settings, what do I have to set the mapping in the Blend texture itself to so that the result is WCS mapped with the sizes unchanged?

I’m not seeing a change in the texture scaling with WCS or not on the Blend. Here’s my file. Can you post one that shows what you’re seeing… maybe I’ve set it up differently WCS_scaling.3dm (172.6 KB) ?
