Text to Number - Removing Empty Row

Hi,

Just in need of a hand in converting this list of text into a number. I am guessing that it is not converting due to the empty row at the bottom of the list but I can’t work out how to remove this, I tried to “clean” and remove it but it didn’t work. Help would be much appreciated. I have attached the internalised file below.
