"text height value box" in properties tab behaves strangely

Hi, I have confronted strange behavior in properties tab.
If i change the size of Properties tab expanding its size and shrink it back, the starting point of the Height value remembers its position when it was expanded and disappears.
After that it requires to expand the properties tab more than before to see where the value is.
