Text bugs in Rhino 8.6

There are two bugs in Text command. If I type text in text window, its justification is correct, as shown in left side of following screenshot. If I paste the text, the justification goes haywire, as shown in right side of following screenshot. The text object has correct justification, but its illustration shown inside the window has wrong justification.

The fraction stacking is so buggy that it is unusable. As you can see in the following screenshot, bottom text is much bigger than top text and there is lots of empty space between the texts.

made me laugh :face_with_hand_over_mouth: if only there were two bugs…

Hi @andrew.nowicki,

About the 2nd issue. How did you generate the fraction?

If you highlight the text before/cutting and click the fraction stacking button then the double brackets will wrap the text like this: [[before/cutting]].

All I remember is that I clicked the 1/2 icon and I probably wrote the slash too late. The fraction stacking was intended for numbers, not words. It works well for the numbers, except for the justification mentioned above.

When the fraction stacking is used for words, it initially deletes the first letter (as shown in the following screenshot), then it jumbles the words. We can argue whether it is a bug or a feature.
