Text and dimensions are blurry when viewed from an angle

I’m not sure if this is new, but I don’t recall noticing it in previous WIPs.

There’s an open issue regarding text http://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-31320 but it’s about the text appearing jagged. Can you post your OpenGL page here as well? I’ll add this thread as a comment on the bug too. Thanks.

Is that a parallel projection viewport? I think I only special cased the text “non-blurring” in perspective viewports when I should have actually tested for “directly facing” or not

Yes, it is a parallel projection.

I’ll take some blame here too.
When I tested it, I did not consider the projection of the viewport was involved.
