Tekla Live Link | Error with the Bolt Creation

When dropping the bolt component into the canvas, I get this error.

All other components work. All files are unblocked. I am note sure what is causing this error.
Any thoughts?

Hi Francisco

Probably you have installed ggTekla plugin and Tekla Live Link can`t connect with Tekla Structures. If You have installed ggTekla plugin you must uninstall it.
