Tech support stinks

Whats up with this? I can’t get anyone to respond to emails or answer a phone.

The phones go off between 12 PM and 1 PM PST (lunch).

I can see your email setting in the tech support queue. I’m sure a technician will get back with you after 1 PM PST.

Thank you Dale. But WORK Stopping licensing problems are unacceptable. Software companies have some way of supporting customers 24/7. McNeel is a global company. I’m disappointed. You seem to have everything else figured out.

AND… to get a voice message that asked for license keys and email addresses is rediculous.
