Hello! Can I make a beam with this cross section in this form with a variable cross section?

I have no idea how to start. I only know how to do it for a beam with constant section through Sweep.
That is OK, I believe that is what this forum is for. The next step would be to upload the file that you are working with and maybe another screenshot/sketch showing what the entire beam cross-section should look like
