Tangent circle on the wrong side

Hello Everyone,
Could you, please, see why the circle flips to the wrong side depending on the input radius and
become kinked versus tangent.
this what it needs to be:

For some reason this is what I see in the attached script. Is it what you intended to send?


Maybe because I have an older GH version?

What was unclear in the initial script:
After Shatter the List Item was set to a particular index - 1. that picks up a particular portion of the shattered curve. Why if I change the radius it would all of a sudden pick up another portion of the shattered curve?

I think the issue persists here as well.
But it appears I have overlooked an existing component that does exactly that and correctly -
“Tangent Arcs”
