tags are crashing in the textures panel on win 8.13.24317.13001 and macos 8.13.24317.13002
the behavior is that you get a crash (hard crash on macos, with no reporter) whenever any field is changed on a texture that has a tag, or while attempting to add a tag, as shown here:
no similar crash occurs (as far as I have seen) in the materials or environments panels, which allows setting up textures w/tags to test this, and also removing tags from textures to work around the problem
