I just noticed that it gives different experience when performing rotate view from tab panel and right mouse button, in perspective viewport. RMB gives buttery smooth view rotation while accessing rotate view command through standard tab panel gives stuttering view rotation. Almost never touch any navigation buttons in tab panel as mouse buttons give instant execution 
Anyone find the same issue?

Are you referring to the RotateView command and then using Up, Down, Left or Right? If yes, the stuttering comes from the angle set in the command prompt. The default is 6° (60 increments on a full rotation), but this can be adjusted in-command. I think the command versions of these view manipulation commands are mainly meant for scripts - not so much for actual day-to-day navigation.

Hi Jakob. Hope all is well with you. The issue happened with mouse movements. The stuttering occurs when Rotate View is accessed from the tab panel 
, then use mouse to rotate the view.
However, pressing right-click-mouse directly and move the mouse, doesnât encounter or replicate the issue. Itâs just smooth Rotate View.

Thanks for clearing that up! Itâs not something I see here (or have heard of before). First thing to do, is to run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and post the result here - thatâll help in (hopefully) finding a possible cause.
