Hello - in certain circumstances, yes - Mirror with History, for example the attached file - you can edit the blue surface directly, or by editing the red curves and the others will keep up.

alternatively you can set up this relation in gh. It’s similar to the method I posted here.

I ended up using GH. I created the post since I was surprised it was not possible use the reflect 2 times.

RH-55857 is fixed in the latest Rhino 7.8 Service Release Candidate
