Hi. As you know, Cut Plane Level of a Floor Plan and a Ceiling Plan are different. Do I have to change the Cut Plane Level every time I switch the view from a Floor Plan to a Ceiling Plan, or vice versa?

Right now the Level Plan view and Ceiling plan view share the same Cut plane height. We can add a new cut plane for the ceiling plan views in future versions. Which height of that ceiling cut plane would you like to have by default?
Hi. For residential projects, 2.3~2.4 meters is standard, and for office projects, 2.6~2.8 meters is also common.
Do you think ‘Level State’ can works for quick switching cut plane level between floor plan and ceiling plan, until a new new cut plane for ceiling plan will be added?

+1 for being able to adjust the cut height for ceilings vs plans.
Here in the US with our crazy units we typically cut floor plans at 4’-0" and ceilings cut at 7’-0".

Hello Francesc,
I would prefer to set default values by myself, for example within a template file. Would you consider adding such option to change some “default” values? For example, cut plane level, height of railings, etc?

Hi Jaro, sure! ideally all these default settings would be editable by users. The option to have a default height for railings is a different request (that’s something we can add by style, like it exists for walls or curtain walls).
