Hey everyone, wonder if anyone can help me. I modeled a guitar neck a while ago in Rhino 5 and never really noticed the naked edges until I had some issues with my CAM program. I tried to redesign it but continued having the same problems with naked edges. Working on some of the simpler geometries and can’t get the edges of a 2 Rail sweep to match the cross section curves. I just downloaded rhino 7 and getting the same results. After doing a 2 Rail Sweep when I zoom in to the surface edges there are obvious gaps between the curves and the surface. Most likely operator error…

that is exactly the issue. My mesh settings are Smooth and slower already.
