Sweep hollow section

Hi!
I’m thinking about optimizing the computation time for hollow section Breps. I currently create them by extruding, lofting or sweeping the outline and hollow sections, and then performing a solid difference.
Is there a better way to achieve the same results?

Perfect! That’s the thing I was looking for.
But, surfaces work with extruding and lofting. What about sweep, where curves are only used?

I can’t do anything without examples. Your first post provided only one.
