I tried to create a tube using the Sweep 1 tool but there seems to discrepancy while creating the tube .I couldn’t understand what is happening can anyone please help. I have attached the screenshot here.

If the tubes are supposed to be circular, use the Pipe command instead. You may also want to rebuild your curves to get cleaner definition.
If you need more help, post a Rhino file with the relevant geometry.
