Hi @ftzuk ,
This has to do with the face packing that ToNURBS does versus Grasshopper which makes each face it’s own surface. It’s easiest to see the patch layout difference with isocurve display off…
If you turn face packing off in the ToNURBS options you’ll get the same result as GH’s conversion. Personally, I prefer less surfaces in the polysrf.
