Surface splitting problem with Grasshopper

I have problem with the Grasshopper Surface Split node.

Using Grasshopper the surface on the top is not splitted es I expected:

Exporting the geometry into Rhino the split command performs perfectly:

Could anibody help me to figure out what could be the problem?

Try to change the rhino unit tolerance fr 0,001 to 0.01 and recompute…

The tolerance coused the problem.
