Is it possible to use inverse kinematics to constraint surface control point with other points?
I made umbrella like structure. Now I would like to fill it with 3 surfaces.

The answer to your question is no.
But you can still make this kind of an animation by using the Record History Rhino command.
If you put Record History on and create the surface out of the moving lines. The surface will move with the animation. Please see attached model.
