Surface morph UV values

Hello guys!

I have a question related to surface morph component and more specifically U, V values.
My query is in order to achieve the correct results when I have to insert on UV values a 0 to 1 domain and when I have to deconstruct surface domain and connect them on equal UV gates. I think that if I parametrize my target surface at surface morph component and use 0 to 1 domain I will take the same result by insert the U, V values extracted from deconstruct domain component without reparametrize my surface.
Am I right or I haven’t understood well how it works?
