Surface in GH - Like the roof of the buildings

Hi, I am wondering if there is any simple way to create a surface like attached in GH? Please note that the the surface is not planner and it is sloped. If you could point me to the right direction, I appreciate it. I use Rhino 5 and GH 0.9.

I’m also a beginner with GH, so there could be a more efficient way to tackle this.
