Hello. I am having an issue with my Karamba3D model. In the model, there are beams that support a floor slab. The beams have been split into segments, the points of which are used to create the floor slab mesh (to ensure that they connect). (Image 1)
However, the segments do not seem to rejoin correctly in the model as they form these hard stress transitions between the segments. (Image 2)
In the tutorial videos I’ve watched the stress variations along a segmented beam are continuous (Image 3), and I’ve tried to replicate the setup but the difference is still there.
