Subject: License Key Reset Assistance Needed

Hello,

I recently upgraded my computer components (a larger SSD) and reinstalled the operating system. When I tried to activate the plugin again using my activation serial code, I received the message “There are no remaining validations for your license key.” However, I only have one laptop and one desktop using this plugin. Both of my computers have VisualARQ2 and VisualARQ3 installed, and in some cases, I encounter situations where reauthorization is required.

I plan to add the VisualARQ license to my Rhino account. Will this allow the license information for VisualARQ to automatically update when I log into Rhino?

Yes! Using Cloud Zoo for VisualARQ licenses is highly recommended.
