Subd referencing

I may sound super stupid, but I cant get to reference a subd object to my grasshopper subd, feel like i should work, but it just isnt. Also not managing to reference any other object, when I try to set them up, they just keep as empty parameter. Am I stupid?

without any data, just a screengrab that does not show the rhino command line it´s rather difficult to analyse your problem.
no panel showing the output of the datacontainer…
