Sub-object UV mapping

Is this possible? We can assign materials per sub-object, but I couldn’t find a way to apply per face mapping. Once I select a subobject, the mapping tab is not available. If not possible, please add it to the wish list.

I see that you placed this under subd but the wish also applies to other sub objects.

We desperately need the ability to control sub object mapping in Rhino without Extracting or Exploding.
