I want to learn Grashopper to use Tekla gh live link and model complex stuff in Tekla. I am watching youtube videos but I feel like I am not learning and stuck in Tutorial hell. Can someone please guide me a little on what to learn and if you can point me to any good courses that would be nice too.

Start here:
Once you get the hang of basic Grasshopper stuff, watch the tutorials/videos about Tekla Live Link. Youtube has some and Tekla Warehouse hosts the documentation and example files.
Try stuff out, create objects and decompose them.
