Stuck and turns to grey (No response) after any function click

I installed Rhino 8 on my desktop and laptop. (both have Rhino 7 and worked fine)
However, when i tried to start to build any model, no matter open an old file/generating a line/circle/…
The program stuck, turns to grey and “error reporting: Rhino encournting a problem and needs to close” shows up.
Restarting does not sovle this issue. Anyone can help to figure it out?
Thanks!

Hello- see if you can get a more recent driver for the Intel - but, this GPU is underpowered - the current system requirements are

Hardware

  • 64-bit Intel or AMD processor (Not ARM)
  • At least 8 GB (RAM) memory is recommended
  • 5 GB disk space
  • OpenGL 4.1 capable video card is recommended
  • At least 4 GB Video card memory is recommended <<<<<<< This

understand. But i saw similar requirements on Rhino 7 and 7 has worked fine for the past year.

BTW, in safe mode I can start to build the model with any function.
