Struggling to loft rectangles to each other

I am trying to recreate the rendered mass within the screenshot of rhino through grasshopper. I have created both the top and bottom rectangles (as well as offset them to allow it to become 3D and give it thickness) needed in order to loft the shape, but I am struggling to loft the surfaces in grasshopper as well as filleting the new mass from grasshopper to recreate it.
