Strange printing behavior?

I want to print a quick page showing the perspective viewport by using control-p, and setting scale to extents.

In picture 1 the locked layer named “Fixture Front” does not appear in the print preview, even though the other locked layers do.

When I unlock “Fixture Front”, it then appears in the preview.

What?

Hi Carl,

That’s a feature in the printing settings as well. You can print a locked object or not. Go into the visibility tab and uncheck locked objects. Then you can leave the layer locked and it will still print.
