Notification tabs proliferating

Hi Andrew, There aren’t any dialogues. The tab labels are there, but there is absolutely nothing on the tabs - as here: [Spurious%20notifications]. The first notification says Licence obtained, the rest are like the one shown. And, sadly, the empty tabs are unaffected by ResetMessageBoxes.
