Brand new to Rhino and advanced CAD in general… hoping this is a good place to ask this.
When I “squash” my textile “cover” created on this marine bimini frame, why isn’t it symmetric? Everything I can see was created inline (though the bimini frames are supposed to be a tad uneven in height).
Any pointers on this? I’m not using MPanel and this is a 90 day trial of Rhino.

Of course once I posted the questionI figured it out.
The orientation when it was squashed was off 90 degrees… has to spin it. The flattened curves front to back will be different due to the angle of the frame.
I think the Smash ( smash or squish don’t know about squash ) 
, turn 90 your your shape , the related direction should be something like that :
You are right… it was Squish. I was just typing Squ… and hitting enter.
