Hello everyone,
I have been trying to create this object. It is a spoke of a wheel, in an ancient chariot. I can see there is symmetry in the middle. The lower part below the “button/navel” has different profile than the upper part. Any suggestions? I can’t get the profile curves right…
Thanks

Hi Doula - I don’t know if this is maybe on the right track?

Fantastic Pascal! Thank you for the quick response and yes, of course it is very much in the right track.
I have a couple of questions:
how did you get the sweep to go all the way around the end curve? I was getting it diving in to an end-point and could not get pass that.
how did you do the overhanging “lip”? how did you generate those curves?
Many thanks

And how do I create that area marked in red?
Thanks again

Sorry Pascal
I am trying to re-create the surfaces but for the life of me I can’t.

Hi Voula - I’ll try to get you some steps for what I’ve done so far tomorrow. Basically a Sweep2, a BlendCrv and trimming to get the main shape.
@Voula - see if there is enough in the attached file to go with.
