Splop doesn't show preview of extrusion objects

Hi team,

in Rhino 5 (SR 13 and WIP) the Splop command doesn’t show a preview when you splop extrusions.

Hi Pascal,

thank you, Tim has already integrated extrusions for TextObject to the current WIP. There is then a small new bug, the handle points for the extrusion are clipped in perspective viewport.
