SplitRefitSurface Bug - Can't cancel the command

Hi,

In the last Beta 9.0.26181, I’m having a problem with _SplitRefitSurface.
If for any reason the command can’t create the split surfaces, it keeps asking for a curve and refuses to cancel. Escape doesn’t work and it’s impossible to save.
