Split fails with bad objects

I posted here a bad object example which comes from split not from solidpton

Bad object from split Rhino for Windows

Splitting object1 with object2 will result in a bad object. This I notice happens quite often. I attached the rhino file. [image] bad object.3dm (95.4 KB)
