Speckles in Cycles

Hello, I’ve been afflicted with speckles in trying to render some highly reflective, translucent objects using Cycles. The last post on this subject is from about 4 years ago so I was wondering if there were any new developments, or is it just me?

Did you ever install one of the denoisers? There are three you can try in _PackageManager. For me the intel denoiser works best, and speeds up your renderings considerably, as you need far less samples/pixel


I just tried the Intel denoiser, and wow, what a difference. Thanks!
