Space Truss structure2 connecting in a slanted manner not perpendicular

I am a beginner in grasshopper, I am creating a spaceframe truss system between 2 surfaces, but since they are not offset from each other the truss connects in a slanted way, not perpendicular.

I I used lunchbox for this, space structure truss 2

I want it to be similar to this picture

I I tried rebuilding the surfaces, or using a quad grid to make the points connect perpendicularly, but it doesn’t work, any help would be appreciated

It looks like you forgot to internalise data of the surfaces.
