I wonder how they do that in Rhino. I find tapered extruded text to be a real challenge. Granted most of it is from TTF → NURBs curves, but they are blending the letters into a single base which is a real challenge.
It should not be that difficult if all they need to do is 3D print the outline. The slicer software can take care of ‘booleaning’ all solids into one
