Some surfaces are red?

Hello!

In my imported stp some surfaces are red and nothing i do can change their color.

i have deleted all block definitions.

i have moved all to a new layer, a black shaded layer.

i have toggled the properties panel, to parent and then to layer for this object.

it is a joined mesh. some surfaces in the mesh are black, layer color, but some surfaces are red.

is it a bug?

These surfaces most probably have their normals flipped.

Select a surface and use the command _Flip
