Some option panels not usable

There’s a lot of cleanup to do in some of the Options’ panels. An example:

I’m not seeing this issue in a recent dujour build of 8.x:

I do recall we fixed a bunch of Autolayout issues in the past couple of months and these definitely look like Autolayout issues.
