Some object dont get nested

Hi,
i tried open nest to nest a stair but the stair string is not nested.
Any advise why this happen is welcome.

Have you tried to increase the “Absolute Tolerance” Unit in Rhino?
if not, here is the address:
Tools>Option>Unit>Absolute Tolerance
try a very low number!

Thanks for helping i tried your advice but it didnt changed the behaviour of the nesting algorithm.
If the stair string gets rotated the algorithm works so i thought to increase the rotation value that the algorithm need more angles to check now it works.
