How can I fix this problem and why is it appear? When I move around view point, the letters are like shape on convex surface and reflection from something. Please kindly help me.

I had a similar issue when I deleted a custom display mode that was active at the time of deletion. Rhino tends to cause issues withe the opened file that gets affected by the removal of the current display mode.
not a picture frame. just surface by curve in square shape.
I get what you meant. But this is something. The letters are showing on the surface of every object. When I move around, I can see the letters look like reflection from somewhere. In the middle of screen, the letters are small and left and right(screen place) are bigger.

what is your environment, and has it lost the path for it’s background image?
changing to a new environment or remapping the current image for the environment may fix this.
