Slightly increasing the R value of middle cylinder can resolve the Boolean issue you are currently encountering.

If you bake the objects into Rhino and then run the Intersect command, you’ll notice that they fail to generate complete intersection curves. This is the main reason for BooleanUnion faiures in Grasshopper.
