Snap to level marks

It would be handy if the VA level marks in an elevation view would work as snapping targets.

Hi @Eugen,

I don’t know if that is possible, as snap can only occur on document objects, and currently the level marks are just fake visible geometry.

As a level mark is an infinite plane viewed completelly perpendicular, will it work for you if the snap works on the intersection line between the level plane and the construction plane (CPlane) ?

Of course, good idea! Whatever works…
Just had the case that I had lots of existing level marks, and wanted to quickly align slabs to them. Had to use BoxEdit, and enter the coordinated manually, which was a bit of a hassle.

Been a while… have to work with Revit in the office.

Revit supports this: snapping to level marks in section/elevation views. Comes in handy!
