Smooth tool; remember location

Hi there,

I use the smooth tool frequently, and each time I use it, the window appears right in front of where I need to look. I move it to the side to be out of the way, but I have to do this each time. Please make the location of the window ‘sticky’ so it remembers where it was last time.

It would be nice if there is a dedicated page inside the Rhino options’ pop-up window including a vertical list of all pop-up windows, where the user could choose via a basic toggle which ones will be sticky or not.
