Smash buggy

i frequently run into problems when smashing polysurfaces, especially when the surfaces are made of rational or weighted curves (eg. trimmed, shrunk cylinders).
fortunately we still have unrollsrvUV, which does a good job here.

i attached a sample mad in V5. does anybody have an explanation for the misbehaviour and will it be fixed?
